It’s a new decade y’all, and this is the blog with no pictures.
This that time of year where we all buckle down and make resolutions for how we’re going to improve ourselves, and break habits that may not be the best for us.
If you know me, you know I don’t do New Year’s resolutions. Instead I just continually try to be the best possible person I can be, and improve on all areas of my life as I see needed.
If I’m being honest, the things that need improvement definitely fall into all things running, and the accountability aspect I’ve created there. I’m gonna keep it 100 I need to:
- Run more consistently and fully follow a plan
- Update this blog more!
- Social media posts
- Less time on my phone (yes that kinda goes against what’s above, but it’s two different things)
- Spend less money on Lululemon
- Cherish time with friends and family
- Live my best life
Some of these things I can say I started doing before the big 2020 hit. I’ve really enjoyed using Winter Break as a time to catch up with old and new friends, and to step out of my comfort zone and did things I never thought I would do. Don’t worry, I plan to do a full recap of the year and decade very soon because I’m so damn proud of myself.
So with that being said. If you’re reading this, I’m happy you’re here. I’m happy you’re present and have made it over to this new decade. Resolutions or not, a new decade/year/day/hour is always a good time to try and be the best we can possibly be.
Happy 2020 y’all!
