Let me tell you about a small town race, with big town amenities, the Mushroom Cap Half in Kennet Square, Pennsylvania. Held in early November, you’re almost guaranteed to get those Instaworthy running pictures, along with great amenities to make a wonderful weekend out of the race.
You see, this isn’t a just a simple small town race, where you pick up your bib, and packet. This race offers a full festival along with a Sunrise Yoga session before the race, and a post race festival including beer, food trucks, kid activities, and massages for those tired runner legs.
Not interested in running the full 13.1? There’s also a relay option, as well as a Charity one mile race that benefits United for Her, a Non-Profit that treats breast cancer patients, before, after, and during their treatment.
Also, new for this year a Party Bus. Yes I said it, Party Bus. See the flyer belwo for more information in regards to the details of the bus. But overall, on bus packet pickup sounds amazing.
