See what I did there?

I’m not talking about a transformer, but a foam roller and a
water bottle a… Mobot. Yup, a foam rolling water bottle.

There are two things in
regards to running that I’m bad at, well there’s way more than two but we will
stick with these two, and they are staying hydrated, and foam rolling. This is
typically due to me always being on the go and in a rush. I run before work and
working in a classroom I don’t get very many opportunities to run out to refill
my water bottle and I don’t feel like lugging around multiple bottles. Also,
since I wait until the absolute last minute to run so I can get the most sleep I
don’t leave much time for rolling either. This is where Mobot comes to the

It holds 40oz of water (they also sell an 18oz model), or a
little over two of your regular store bought bottles, or about three refills of
the bottle is almost a whole gallon! Perfect way to make sure you have plenty
of fluids for the summer heat. ANNNNDDD it’s a legit foam roller. It puts my
full size roller to shame for sure, it has the ridged and the high-density foam
found in more expensive and area specific rollers and that is great. It really
digs into my ITB to give it the beating it needs. What I really like is how
awesome it looks and how portable it is, I can even foam roll after I get to
work using my planning time.

So here’s the breakdown of why you should buy it:

*   Keeps
you hydrated

*   Has
a straw and a wide mouth to fit normal sized ice cubes in

*   BPA

*   The
high density foam and it’s size is great for targeting specific areas that are
hard to reach with a traditionally sized roller

*   Did
you see that color? It looks cool

*   Environmentally
friendly (Go Green!)

*   You’ll
always have your running essentials with you everywhere.

Okay, one more time.
